KNOWLEDGE Base

'Ready Today' items are produced fresh weekly and available for immediate pickup or same-day delivery. Bespoke products require a minimum 72-hour notice to ensure artisanal excellence and proper preparation.

We offer professional delivery across the Calgary metropolitan area and within a 50km radius from our production studio in Mahogany (Deep SE). A delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your postal code.

There is no minimum guest count. We choreograph experiences for any scale—from a romantic proposal for 2 to large-scale corporate anniversaries and grand weddings. Every event receives the same level of artisanal dedication.

While we operate with rigorous safety protocols for our Sugar-Free, Keto, and Gluten-Free lines, our studio is a shared artisanal space. We cannot guarantee 100% zero cross-contamination. Please review our Official Allergy & Cross-Contamination Policy for full details.

We offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation with our Events Advisor. This session is designed to bridge your vision with our culinary technicality, resulting in a bespoke proposal perfectly choreographed for your guest count and aesthetic. Book your consultation here.

We prioritize the terroir of Alberta, sourcing milk, meats, and poultry from local farms. Every single recipe is 'made from scratch' in our studio. We strictly avoid preservatives, chemicals, and industrialized products to ensure a pure, heritage-quality experience.
