THE JOURNEY: 4 COUNTRIES, 18 YEARS OF MASTERY
Venezuela (2005) - The Heart of Tradition:
Our roots are in A&A Pastry and Confectionery in San Cristobal - Tachira, Venezuela, where we first transformed baking into an art form. Starting as a humble home-based business, we grew into a recognized pastry academy, teaching aspiring chefs and sharing our passion on television and radio. This phase instilled our core values of community and craftsmanship.
Panama - European Refinement:
Living for a short season in Panama, I had the opportunity to work in a prestigious French pastry company. This experience was instrumental in refining my skills in classic European techniques and gaining structure in a fast-paced culinary environment.

Colombia - Operational Excellence:
For eight years, our business flourished in Colombia. We successfully managed a bakery and restaurant, adapting to new cultures and palates. This phase was crucial for developing the large-scale production expertise, event planning logistics, and menu customization now required for top-tier corporate clients.
Canada (Today) - Home and Fusion
Today, Canada is our home, and Calgary is where our dreams continue to flourish. Here, we honor the traditional Latin heart of our recipes, proudly fuse them with premium Canadian ingredients, and deliver the warmth of heartfelt service with professional precision.
