Black Forest

A timeless European masterpiece reimagined in our studio. Our chocolate sponge is generously soaked in pure Cherry Nectar and layered with Kirsch-macerated cherries that provide a tart, boozy punch. We use massive clouds of stabilized whipped cream to provide a light, airy contrast to the dense chocolate. The decor features dark chocolate shavings that mimic the floor of a mystical forest. It is an Alpine legend told by a warm fireplace, a cool embrace of silk and fruit in the silent heart of winter.
