We honor the true Venetian tradition by doing everything from scratch. We bake our own artisanal Savoiardi (Ladyfingers) to ensure the perfect texture for soaking. They are immersed in a potent, high-quality espresso and premium Marsala wine. The cream is exclusively pure, rich mascarpone cheese whipped with organic egg yolks—no heavy cream fillers. Dusted with intense cocoa powder, it is a sophisticated, adult dessert.
