Before you order, please note: All products are handcrafted to order in our Calgary commercial kitchen. The terms below are part of this policy and are legally binding upon checkout.
Minimum Order
$35.00 CAD before taxes and carrier fees. Orders below this amount cannot be processed.
Advance Notice
48 hours minimum. Same-day and next-day orders are not available under any circumstances.
Pickup & Shipping
Free local pickup in Calgary. Shipping available — fees paid by customer. Fresh items: pickup only.
Production Start
Preparation begins 24 hours before your confirmed date. Cancellation terms apply from this point.

Inspect your order immediately
Check your products upon pickup or delivery. Quality issues must be reported within the critical window below.

Report any defect within 4 hours
Email [email protected] with clear photos of the defect (damaged item, wrong flavour, incorrect product). Physical return is not required.

Order Cancellation
Refund to original payment methodCancellations made more than 72 hours before your scheduled date are eligible for a refund, minus a 15% administrative fee to cover ingredient sourcing and processing costs already incurred.
Full amount forfeitedOnce the 72-hour window has passed or production has begun, no refund is issued. You remain obligated to pay for the produced order. As a gesture of goodwill, we can arrange for the prepared product to be donated to a local community organisation on your behalf.
Fresh Assembly Products — No-Show Policy
Applies to: Verrine Cold Shots and all fresh-assembled products
Quality guaranteed for 6 hours from your confirmed pickup time onlyOur Verrines and all fresh-assembled products are prepared and plated exclusively on the day of pickup. They contain live decorative elements — stabilised whipped creams, mousse layers, fruit reductions — that begin to degrade irreversibly after assembly. The structural integrity of cream layers, mousse texture, and visual presentation cannot be guaranteed beyond 6 hours.

Culinary Classes
Why such a firm policy?Our workshops are intentionally small — 12 students maximum. Each spot represents premium ingredients sourced specifically for you, a reserved studio space, and dedicated instructor time. This exclusivity requires firm cancellation terms to protect every participant's experience.

Anytime, with proof within 3 days | No monetary refund. With documented proof of a serious unforeseen event (bereavement, serious accident) submitted to [email protected] within 3 days, we issue a one-time Course Credit valid for 90 days. |

Payment ScheduleThe full balance is due 7 days before the class date. If payment is not received by this deadline, your spot may be forfeited without a refund of the initial deposit.

How booking worksYou receive a PDF quote valid for 14 days. To confirm your date, a 60% non-refundable deposit + signed Service Agreement is required. Final payment is due 7 days before the event.
